I got to experience real fear yesterday about my child. I was in the kitchen when she decided to climb into her car seat that was sitting on the living room floor. It tipped over and Landry forehead when crashing into the floor. I didn't think it would be too bad because she was not that high up, but her head swelled immediately to about golfball size. When I saw it, I panicked and called the doctor immediately. All I could do was picture the worst possible scenarios.She checked out fine at the doctor and it just left with a nice purple circle on her head. In these pictures the swelling had gone down considerably. This is about 4 hours after it happened. The smile on her face says it all...."I'm ok mommy!"
