This just doesn't get old
Landry, while eating her breakfast Tuesday, got mad and began to strain her face and shake. I started to correct her for it, but it was just so funny and cute I had to laugh. So, of course, she did it again. It then became a game. I would do it and she would do it back. It is now our cheap form of entertainment. Check out this priceless video.

GiGi and PawPaw's Visit

Just in case one set of grandparents wasn't enough fun, GiGi and PawPaw came to visit the day after Nana and Poppy left. For GiGi and PawPaw's visit we went to a park in Auburn, grilled out, and had a big time. The park had lots of rustic backgrounds, so it gave me lots of opportunities to work on my photography. Landry really enjoyed her time with GiGi and PawPaw. She especially loved playing chase. She's getting really fast. Enjoy the pics and leave me your comments.

Nana and Poppy's Visit

Nana and Poppy (Cory's Parents) arrived to our house on Friday morning and left today after church. It was non-stop fun the entire time. We went to the park, to toys-r-us, ate an ice cream cone, played in the water. There's so much to do when you only have a quick weekend visit. Here are a few pictures of the special weekend.

Does she have a green thumb or just a brown nose?
I planned to plant flowers in our window boxes at home and thought Landry would have fun helping me. So we got out her gardening tools and I began to instruct her on what to do. I scooped the dirt into the planter, and told her to do the same. She scooped it out of the planter. I placed the flowers into the soil. She tried to tear the blooms off of the flowers. We watered the flowers together and then Landry's hands went into the mud.
Doing things with toddlers is much more challenging, but also much more fun.

Big Ouchie!!
She checked out fine at the doctor and it just left with a nice purple circle on her head. In these pictures the swelling had gone down considerably. This is about 4 hours after it happened. The smile on her face says it all...."I'm ok mommy!"

Adventures in Eating
Landry is working on eating her food with a fork rather than her hands. Or should I say, I am making her work on this. She does very well getting the food from the fork to her mouth. However, getting food on the fork is not so easy. The funny thing is when i turn my back for a second, she will drop the fork and grab a huge handful of food and shove it her her mouth. They learn early to be sneaky. Here are a few cute pics of Landry using her big girl utensils.
