One of the nice things about living so close to New Orleans, is that we can eat Beignets any time we want! We even have a few Cafe Du Monde locations on the Northshore. This year when we decided to take our family to look at Christmas lights, we thought beignets would be the perfect thing to top our night off. So....we all put on our pjs, loaded in the car, saw some amazing light displays, then dove into these powdered sugar-covered pieces of heaven....

We tried to include Coop in the fun, but he was a little less than impressed.
And this nice lady tried to take a family picture of us, but it took a while to get a decent one.
