Disney, Day 3

We loved Hollywood Studios last time we went to Disney, so we were very excited about going again.  However, I'll admit that we were a little disappointed that so many things had changed there.  We had really looked forward to seeing the Car Stunt Show and visiting with Lightning McQueen, Mr. Incredible, and Mike and Sully.  But Alas, Star Wars had taken over the park with the opening of the new movie, Rogue One.  We decided to take full advantage of the changes, deck ourselves out in Star Wars getup (Princess Leia Buns included), and get to the park early to participate in the biggest attraction, Jedi Training!

(obviously Cooper was not as enthused as we were)

Y'all, this was so cute!!  The kids actually got to march through the park wearing their Jedi robes as the leader of the troop yelled, "Make Way for Future Jedi!"  Can you imagine how important they must have felt?

Their fearless leaders were incredible!

But as the time came nearer for them to train, this little Jedi got a little stage fright

So he stood by and cheered his big brother and sister on instead.

When Darth Vador and the Seventh Sister arrived, they were READY!

And then they used the FORCE to defeat the enemies once and for all!

Our Jedi refueled with some lunch and cupcakes

And then we continued to check off our to do list, which included: Toy Story Mania (Everyone's favorite!)...

...meeting Moanna, from Disney's Newest Animated Film...

...visiting our old pals, Woody, Buzz, and Jake

(although someone was a little TOO starstruck)

And of course Hula-Hooping!  What?  That's not on your to do list at Disney?

The boys had a bit of a hard time getting the hang of it.

But this girl is a Pro!

Yeah Girl!  Shake your hips like your momma taught you!

You only live once, right? When someone offers me a hula hoop at Hollywood Studios, I take full advantage :)

We cooled off by meeting our favorite "FROZEN" friend! (Pun totally intended)

We heard he likes nice warm hugs, so we happily obliged.

We continued with our Frozen theme by going to the Frozen Sing Along.  Now if you are thinking this sounds a little like nails scratching across a chalkboard, Disney is out to prove you wrong!  This show was outrageously entertaining and not just for Frozen-crazed little girls. The "Royal Historians" were witty, charming and downright hilarious! I thoroughly enjoyed myself, but of course I was belting out the songs right along with all the kiddos.

Dinner was at Hollywood and Vine.  Minnie was hosting her Holiday Dinner Party so we got to see all our favorite Disney friends wearing their holiday best!

There is Cooper making his move again.  He doesn't discriminate between humans and ducks. Ha!

After Dinner, we headed to Eli's very favorite show, Fantastmic!  This show is breathtaking!  It's involves water, fire and, of course, magic!

And if that was not enough magic for one night, we decided to go back to Magic Kingdom afterwards to watch the fireworks and light show we had missed the night before.

Can there ever really be too much magic?
